Staff Software Engineer, Modelling Infrastructure

### Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products and working with stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

### Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with full stack development, including backend distributed systems and experience in directly managing people.
• Experience in testing, and launching distributed systems, storage and related software products.
• Experience in programming languages like Golang and C++.
• Ability to manage a small team of 3-4 engineers as direct reports. Ability to act as a technical lead/manager for a team, supporting both their technical growth and career progression . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
