Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled and execution-focused Sr. IT Project Engineer with a strong networking background to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and integration projects across our oncology practice networks. This role is primarily focused on the design, deployment, and ongoing management of network infrastructure — including firewalls, managed switches, wireless access points, SD-WAN, redundant internet circuits, and VPN tunnels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on network engineer who thrives in multi-site environments, can troubleshoot complex network issues, and is passionate about driving reliable connectivity across a large and growing group of oncology practices.

This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring work across multiple locations throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including new practice integrations, network refreshes, and hardware deployments.
