POSITION SUMMARY

The Software Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that address complex business needs and support strategic initiatives. In collaboration with stakeholders and team members, this position translates business requirements into innovative, user-centered solutions and applies modern technologies, methodologies, and best practices throughout the software development life cycle. This role provides exceptional customer service through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business unit needs.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who brings energy, initiative, and a passion for problem-solving. They will bring a collaborative mindset, approach challenges with a sense of urgency, and demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering high-quality results. Upon successful completion of the on-campus onboarding and training period, employees may choose either a remote or on-campus work arrangement that best supports their work style. Individuals in this role should anticipate being on campus a minimum of two times per year, as well as periodically to support operational and business needs.
