Entry Level position performing general software engineering work of varying complexity on assigned tasks autonomously with guidance and support available.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Performs software design, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. * Applies standard software engineering discipline, processes, and tools to complete various project subtasks. * Interacts with customers in all phases of software development lifecycle. * Analyzes existing information systems and applications to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements. * Develops software development skills in a collaborative/team environment. * Generates software documentation and performs requirements-based verification and validation testing of software to assure all requirements are met. * Develops application specifications, conversion, and migration designs; supports maintenance of applications, as needed.
