The Real Story

We're hiring a hungry engineer fresh out of school who wants to move the needle from day one. This is a solo role building the operational nervous system for our implementation team - the automations, workflows, and tools that let 20+ people move 10x faster.

You'll own outcomes that directly impact our Time-to-Value and revenue. You'll work in ambiguity, ship fast, and learn the construction finance business while you build. This is *not* a junior support role. You're the only person writing code here. You move.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build internal tools and automations using AI and agentic frameworks (Claude, LLMs, MCP servers) on top of Built's bapps infrastructure
• Ship fast and iterate—if it works and people use it, it's good. If it doesn't, kill it and build the next thing
• Work from real operational pain points (your team will tell you exactly what's broken)
• Own the full stack: design, build, deploy, measure, iterate based on what actually gets used
• Learn the real estate finance domain by shipping solutions, not by reading docs
• Partner with product and engineering to understand our architecture and use it
