POSITION SUMMARY

ETW Energy is seeking an experienced and innovative AI-Assisted Software Engineer with a successful record delivering consistent and predictable results by driving continual improvement in technology, development efficiency, and system architecture.

The AI-Assisted Software Engineer is a core technical contributor and is responsible for designing, building, and deploying software solutions that support our clean energy mission. We are looking for a forward-thinking engineer who actively leverages cutting-edge AI coding tools (such as Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s GPT models, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor) to radically accelerate development cycles. In this role, you won't just be an engineer; you will be an "AI Orchestrator" who knows how to write precise prompts, architect complex systems, and rapidly iterate from concept to production code while maintaining strict quality control.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical leadership and troubleshooting skills, and will be able to work with little-to-no supervision. A successful candidate will possess a strong software engineering foundation to catch subtle logical errors, ensuring our code and systems meet the highest performance and security standards.
