About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. As a Software Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to innovative software products.

This is a 100% remote opportunity. Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere within the United States based on client or project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services when required.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve application data.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of professional experience in Software Development or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs and web application development.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Java, or similar technical certifications are a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
