We’re looking for an experience d back-end develop er with the sof tware engineering skills it takes to identify potential risks, contribute to solution develop ment, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients.

As a back-end develop er at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions. Using your sof tware engineering experience , you’ll work with the develop ment team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability.

You Have

• 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting agile sof tware develop ment to modernize systems
• 5+ years of experience in sof tware develop ment using basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web develop ment stacks
• 3+ years of experience with Python programming
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in sof tware engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience with hypervisors or virtualization technology such as kvm, VMWare, or Proxmox
• Experience develop ing and managing CI / CD pipelines
• Experience with automated test develop ment
• Experience with Server-Side Develop ment, Middleware, Application or Data Integration, API Develop ment, Core Application Systems
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
• Experience acquiring client requiremen
