The Software Engineer position will be responsible for working with cross-functional business teams to research, design, test, and maintain various systems and applications. This role is responsible for providing engineering knowledge and experience, as needed, to deliver solutions to the business both on new builds, as well as support on modifications and maintenance for existing programs.The ideal candidate will live within driving distance of the Omaha, Nebraska office. This position allows remote flexibility but will have 1 day per week in the office.

• Show demonstrated knowledge and experience as needed to maintain and make modifications to existing programs utilized by the business.
• Work cross-functionally with business teams to research, design, test, and engineer new systems and applications.
• Demonstrate passion and integrity, with the drive to excel in developing and supporting software systems.
• Partner with team and department leaders to ensure solutions and applications are stable, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate with upper-level roles on architectural decisions to ensure solutions are designed for successful implementation within the vision of the enterprise architecture.
