The Work

ICF is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team in supporting mission-critical federal systems. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, develop software solutions, and support the full software development lifecycle for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex applications while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Location

This position is remote and requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF monitors employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections.

* Our core work hours are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, database administrators, and other developers to design, build, test, and implement enterprise applications. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring performance, maintainability, and compliance with project requirements.
