Summary/ObjectiveThe objective of this role is to contribute to the continued growth and success of our SaaS ERP platform by developing reliable, efficient, and user-focused applications. The Software Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system performance, and deliver technology solutions that meet evolving business and customer needs.

Essential Functions

• Develop backend business application logic to support B&L’s Odyssey ERP primarily using the Progress ABL.
• Develop application components, internal systems, and other components of B&L’s software packages.
• Write detail design documents for new features, functions, and modules to be included in B&L's software or internal application systems.
• Design database components used by the application.
