The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Advanced Programs portfolio works on requirements, design, and production of an existing product line focused on delivering the necessary capacity at the right time.

Test is currently not optimally defined for our factory flows resulting in poor test yields, long test cycle times, over test, extra paperwork, and extra rework. This new focus to address these issues will require systems engineers to streamline functional processes to support program acceleration and influence holistic transformation to rewire how business is conducted with customers, suppliers, and internally at Raytheon.
