Duties

• Lead the development of complex web and application systems using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, and C++.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures utilizing RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Implement best practices in version control using GitHub, SVN, and other tools; establish CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Conduct system design reviews focusing on scalability, security (RBAC), and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior developers, promote code quality through design patterns, testing strategies, and peer reviews.
• Participate in system troubleshooting, incident response, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.

Skills

• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure management and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for application development combined with front-end frameworks like React Express for web interfaces.
