As part of Guidewire’s Product Development & Operations (PDO) organization, the Product Configuration Tooling team builds and evolves the core Application Platform capabilities that power many of the world’s leading P&C insurers. We focus on secure, scalable cloud services and tools that help customers configure and operate their insurance products efficiently, collaborating across global, diverse teams in a flexible hybrid environment. Our work blends modern web technologies, cloud-native patterns, and AI to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade solutions.

In this Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer role, you will design, build, and operate critical platform and configuration tooling that underpin Guidewire’s cloud products and automation solutions, including Autopilot Workflow, Business Rules, Document Processing, and lifecycle administration experiences. You will apply modern engineering and AI-agentic development practices to create secure, performant services and UIs that accelerate customer time-to-value and platform adoption.
