About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve the core product experiences that power Collective’s member platform. This is a product engineering role with high ownership across the stack, working closely with Product, Design, and Operations to ship fast and iterate based on real customer needs. You’ll be expected to use modern AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and unlock new product capabilities. This role is ideal for engineers who think in terms of outcomes, not tickets, and who see AI as a core part of how software gets built today.

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end — define the problem, build the solution, deploy it, and iterate until it works
• Ship high-quality, user-facing product experiences across frontend and backend systems
• Partner with Product and Design to break down ambiguous problems into simple, effective solutions — then build them
