Senior Network Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of complex network infrastructures. This pivotal role involves ensuring the stability, security, and high availability of enterprise network systems across diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), data centers, and cloud-based environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced networking equipment such as Cisco routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, Meraki devices, Juniper equipment, and other enterprise-grade hardware.
• Implement and manage secure VPN configurations using IPsec, SSL/TLS protocols, and VPN management tools to facilitate remote access while maintaining robust security standards.
• Oversee network security measures including IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), vulnerability assessments, firewall policies, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), and encryption techniques.
• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk, and SolarWinds to identify bottlenecks or vulnerabilities; perform capacity planning for high availability and load balancing solutions.
• Conduct system design activities integrating virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and cloud services like AWS; ensure optimal network integration with virtualized environments.
