Evolv is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to evaluate, deploy, manage, and maintain our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity tooling. You’ll be the technical engine behind a fast-growing company—delivering secure, scalable solutions that enable innovation while managing risk. Reporting to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Technology, this is a pivotal role in maturing Evolv’s IT Operations to meet the evolving demands of the business.

You’ll collaborate across the organization, build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert on IT solutions—from cloud identity platforms and endpoint management to network security and SaaS operations. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?In the first 30 days, you will:

• Start building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Learn Evolv’s compliance commitments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) and how best to support those efforts
• Gain familiarity with the current IT toolstack: Microsoft 365, endpoint management (Intune/Jamf), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network infrastructure (Palo Alto, Cisco, & Meraki), identity management (Okta, Entra ID, Linx) and core SaaS platforms

Within 3 months, you will

• Begin implementing or improving processes that measurably reduce security risk across the organization
• Build trust-based relationships with peers in IT and key stakeholders across business units
