This position is required to work on-site in our Omaha-area (Elkhorn, NE) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain software application solutions tailored to insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, explanation of benefits, underwriting, and compliance. * Build and optimize applications and software solutions to support insurance business processes. * Improve and maintain our core insurance platforms and proprietary systems using APIs and web services. * Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive insurance documents and data. * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing software applications. * Maintain technical documentation and participate in system upgrades and performance tuning. * Collaborate with other technology colleagues to understand application needs and devise possible solutions. * Lead cross-training with colleagues on application enhancements and new solutions.
