About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang to join our innovative EdTech team.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Go development, microservices architecture, and building scalable backend applications. You will work on our proctored examination platform, developing robust backend services and responsive frontend applications using modern technologies.

Golang is the primary and must-have technical skill for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build and optimize microservices-based applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and streaming systems.
• Implement concurrency patterns and optimize Go routines.
• Integrate applications with external systems using ExtendScript.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Backend Development – Golang (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on expertise in Go programming.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels.
• Experience with frameworks such as Gin, Echo, and GORM.

2. Frontend Development – Angular & TypeScript

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v10+).
• Understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience integrating external systems using ExtendScript.
• Good understanding of DOM manipulation and object models.

3. Cloud & Database Technologies

• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of streaming systems and distributed architecture.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional software development experience for Senior Full Stack Developer.
• Strong backend development experience, particularly in Golang.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable distributed systems.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with Golang as the primary programming language.
• Experience building high-performance, scalable applications.
• Ability to work across backend and frontend technologies.
• Experience in EdTech or examination/proctoring platforms is an added advantage.

Work Environment

• Fully remote position with collaboration across distributed teams.
• Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies as required.
• Opportunities to contribute to technical design decisions, code quality improvements, and scalable product development.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
