At Jack Henry, we're seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to become a vital part of our Enterprise Network team. In this role, you'll oversee and enhance our sophisticated network infrastructure, which spans from datacenters to millions of end-users across financial institutions. Our technology environment combines cutting-edge wired and wireless solutions, offering you a chance to innovate and excel. As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you'll manage network moves, upgrades, and incident resolution. You'll troubleshoot complex wired and wireless connectivity issues, implement network optimizations, and ensure robust, high-performing connectivity across our organization.
