Raytheon is seeking a seeking a Senior Algorithm Systems Engineer to support advanced aerospace sensor programs. You will provide technical expertise and leadership across multiple programs and Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts within Advanced Sensor Programs. This position is part of the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Center in the Airborne Surveillance RF organization. This is an onsite role inPlano, TX.

What You Will Do

• Perform system level performance analysis to evaluate and optimize advanced airborne sensor capabilities
• Develop, refine, and analyze algorithms to support mission-critical aerospace applications
• Conduct trade studies to compare technical approaches and guide engineering decisions
• Build statistical models and performance predictions for complex, multidisciplinary systems
• Execute detailed data analyses following Raytheon engineering processes and best practices
