In this role, you will help own quality across our platform, validating AI-driven transcription pipelines, multilingual speech analysis, link/network analysis, and investigative workflows. This opportunity is ideal for an adaptable, curious engineer roughly two years into a testing career who can bridge hands-on technical testing with a compliance-first mindset, and who is excited to grow fast in a startup environment where quality directly impacts public safety outcomes. Responsibilities

● Write and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios, growing into ownership of larger test plans.

● Validate core platform capabilities including call transcription accuracy, multilingual speech processing, and AI/ML inference outputs.

● Contribute to automated test suites and learn to integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).

● Perform API testing against internal microservices.

● Document and triage defects with clear reproduction steps, severity classifications, and root cause context using Jira.

● Partner with developers and product managers during sprint planning and retrospectives to champion shift-left testing.
