Overview We are seeking a QA Analyst/Engineer to join a large technology team supporting a federal client on a confidential, high-priority initiative. This remote contract role will work alongside a large team consisting primarily of developers and DevOps engineers. Specific project details will be shared with qualified candidates as the process advances.

Responsibilities* Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for full stack web applications * Identify, document, and track defects through resolution * Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle * Perform manual and/or automated testing as appropriate to the project * Participate in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and reviews * Communicate effectively with team members across East Coast working hours

Requirements

Required Qualifications* U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions) * Solid QA experience testing web-based applications (front-end and back-end) * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting * Availability to work East Coast time zone hours

Preferred Qualifications* Active or previous U.S. government security clearance * Prior experience working on U.S. government or federal contracts * Experience testing applications built on Angular, PHP, and/or Java * Familiarity with AI-assisted development/testing tools, particularly Claude * Experience working within larger team structures (20+ team members)
