None/Not Required Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, is looking to hire a Principal Software Engineer to join our Avionics Connected Aviation Solutions team. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer to join our team developing and supporting our Air Traffic Control Systems worldwide.

We develop safety-of-life air traffic management systems for multi-national customers used for controlling and monitoring civil and military aviation traffic. You will play a key role in developing and sustaining cutting-edge avionics systems that are at the forefront of aerospace technology.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic and innovative environment to help design, develop, integrate, and test operational software components throughout the development lifecycle.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
