Oracle Database Administrator

Role: Oracle DBA

Location: Fully Remote/Texas Duration: Long-term

Required Skills: -

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure management with Oracle 19c version or higher.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Grid Infrastructure (ASM, Clusterware).
• 8+ years of experience with High-Availability technologies (GoldenGate, Active Data Guard).
• 8+ years of experience in Advanced scripting using Linux and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience working with a Public Sector organization (Federal or State Government experience required).
• Design and execute Oracle database upgrades from Oracle 19c to Oracle 23ai.
• Maintain multiple database environments supporting concurrent ERP implementations, upgrades, and ETL activities.
• Perform Grid Infrastructure setup and maintenance.
• Ensure security vulnerability compliance and database performance tuning.
• Work outside standard business hours based on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with a Hosting Vendor.
• 2+ years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft products.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
