Network and Computer System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Network and Computer System Administrator to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Benefits and Memorial PMO Team.

This position is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure that supports mission-critical applications and services. The ideal candidate has experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments, enterprise networks, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and a broad range of enterprise technologies in a secure, high-availability environment. This position will support physical and virtual server environments, network infrastructure, enterprise applications, databases, storage systems, security controls, and system integrations.

Responsibilities include infrastructure administration, system monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, software deployments, performance optimization, infrastructure upgrades, and technical troubleshooting. The successful candidate will work closely with VA leadership, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors to maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing technology solutions that support Veterans and VA mission operations.
