This role is more than just coding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll lead a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help develop sof tware-enabled products and help overcome our most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have

• 10+ years of experience with space, missile defense, or missile warning systems sof tware development
• 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership for a software development team and mentoring and supervising employees within a collaborative team environment to help them grow
• Experience with weapon system requirements, design, and performance analysis for features such as e nga geability, interceptability, or lethality
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical tactical software in Rust or C++ for real-time edge environments, ensuring low latency, memory safety, and high availability
• Experience with DevOps principles, including automated CI / CD pipelines, configuration management, infrastructure automation, and cloud monitoring technologies
• Experience performing technical reviews of complex systems
• Knowledge of systems architecture, requirements management, and technical baseline management
