LinkedIn Outreach Assistant (Software Developer Recruiting)

We’re hiring someone to reach out to software developers on LinkedIn.

This role is simple in structure, but it does require good communication skills. We’ll provide the LinkedIn profiles and the offer details. Your job is to fully understand the offer, then reach out to developers naturally and smoothly, start conversations, and explain the opportunity clearly.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to software developers on LinkedIn using profiles we provide
• Learn and understand our offer well before messaging candidates
• Start conversations in a natural, non-spammy way
• Answer basic questions from candidates and keep the conversation moving
• Share updates on who replied, who’s interested, and any common feedback

What we’re looking for

• Strong written English and natural communication style
• Comfortable chatting with people professionally but casually
• Able to understand an offer and explain it clearly to others
• Organized, responsive, and reliable
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, recruiting, lead gen, or sales outreach is a plus

Nice to have

• Some understanding of software developers / tech roles
• Experience talking to freelancers, agencies, or remote developers

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
