About the role
As a Lead Quality Engineer Test Automation with Playwright and Selenium Experience you will make an impact by designing and delivering modern test automation solutions that ensure high-quality digital experiences. You will be a valued member of the QA Engineering team and work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to drive quality across web applications.
In this role, you will
Design and implement scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
Partner with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to enable continuous testing
Execute UI and API testing leveraging Playwright capabilities
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Rally , driving resolution with engineering teams
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Create and maintain test reports and dashboards to provide visibility into quality metrics
Contribute to test planning, estimation, and release readiness for new features
