Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Java Engineer to join our Contact Center Technology team. This role will play a critical part in modernizing and migrating contact center platforms from on‑premise infrastructure to cloud‑based environments, supporting approximately 30,000 users across the bank.

The engineer will focus on building middleware, integrations, and scalable software solutions that bridge product gaps, reduce reliance on third‑party vendors, and deliver meaningful business value. This role is part of the Workforce pillar, supporting systems related to workforce management, call recording, performance management, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex, large‑scale technology initiatives with broad enterprise impact
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high‑quality software solutions using modern engineering practices
• Build middleware and integrations to address system limitations and enhance functionality across contact center platforms
• Develop and maintain both backend services (approximately 65%) and frontend applications (approximately 35%), with potential to move toward a more balanced full‑stack role
• Participate in engineering design, architecture discussions, and technical strategy aligned with business requirements
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions considering enterprise architecture, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
