DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. Network Engineer, Administrator to join us. Duties and Responsibilities:* Assist in the management and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems, ensuring compliance with CDC standards. * Support Active Directory administration, including user account creation, group policy application, and basic troubleshooting. * Perform routine network troubleshooting tasks, such as workstation patching, basic router configurations, and port activation. * Provide first-level support for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed. * Assist with mobile device management, including configuration and troubleshooting using tools like Intune and Azure. * Participate in emergency response efforts by ensuring basic network connectivity and support for remote personnel. * Maintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions in ServiceNow. * Assist in generating reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance for analysis.

Qualifications: Education and Years of Experience: * High School Diploma; 3 - 4 years of experience
