Position Description: ANPC is a global supplier of precision approach guidance and area surveillance solutions aimed at improving the safety and capacity of civil and military aviation for customers on all seven continents. Our transponder-based solutions are designed to serve airfields where others cannot. We are a team of extraordinary professionals working together to perform an important mission to uniquely serve airports with terrain, obstacles and other challenges that no other business can provide. Job Summary ANPC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day internal technology needs and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for staff. This role focuses on daily end-user desktop support, device provisioning, and cloud account administration. Complex network infrastructure, server maintenance, and security architecture are fully managed by our outside Managed Service Provider (MSP). This position acts as the internal liaison to route escalated technical issues to our MSP while keeping internal users updated and productive. Essential Job Functions* Serve as the first point of contact for staff needing hardware, software, printer, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting. * Set up, configure, and manage day-to-day user accounts, group memberships, and password resets in Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. * Execute the physical setup, imaging, and deployment of laptops, docking stations, monitors, and mobile devices for new hires and hardware refreshes following established SOPs. * Log, categorize, track, and resolve user support requests using our internal service desk ticketing platform. * Act as the internal liaison between staff and our outside Managed Service Provider (MSP)—escalating advanced network, server, firewall, or infrastructure issues directly to the MSP helpdesk for resolution. * Maintain accurate records of company hardware, software licenses, peripheral inventory, and serial numbers. * Ensure staff devices are enrolled in automated endpoint patching and endpoint security tools as directed by our MSP. * Maintain user-facing “How-To” guides, onboarding checklists, and basic technical documentation for staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

* Practical experience adding/removing users, resetting passwords, and modifying group permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Google Workspace Admin Console. * Proficiency deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems and standard office applications (Office 365, Zoom, Teams, web browsers). * Experience using remote desktop utilities (Quick Assist, TeamViewer, RDP) to assist remote users. * Foundational knowledge of local networks to verify physical connections, test local IP assignments, confirm DNS connectivity, and run basic diagnostic commands (ping, ipconfig, nslookup). * Experience using standard service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk) to log, update, and close support tickets within established SLAs. * Hands-on experience setting up desktop monitors, docking stations, printers, webcams, and mobile devices, including basic hardware diagnostics. * Patient, empathetic approach to solving technical problems for non-technical end-users with strong verbal and written communication skills. * High accountability for tracking tickets to completion, keeping asset inventories updated, and managing day-to-day tasks independently.

Nice to Have

* CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900 / AZ-900). * Basic awareness of cybersecurity best practices and desktop endpoint security tools. * Experience working alongside third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or external technology vendors.
