As a Lead Engineer, you will serve as the senior technical authority for our web application portfolio, driving architecture decisions, elevating engineering delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across the full development lifecycle. You will leverage modern architectural approaches, open-source frameworks, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled development practices to accelerate how applications are designed, built, and deployed. You will analyze current environments, guide future-state architecture, and lead the implementation of scalable solutions that support evolving business needs.

Working closely with product, cloud, and data teams, you will help shape application strategy, improve engineering maturity, and deliver systems that create meaningful impact. What You'll Do
