The Full-Stack Engineer is a hands-on role that drives our business. What You'll Do

* Assume responsibility for the backend of our web platform and work across the stack with our small team. * Rebuild our website and develop other internal software from customer-facing tools to operational programs. * Design and build APIs, integrate third-party services and keep reliable data between our internal departments. * Maintain databases, inspect for performance and/or safety concerns, and perform troubleshooting as needed. * Improve speed, accessibility and a customer experience that matches the quality of the vehicles we make.

What You'll Need

* Demonstrated experience with production software with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar). * 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Production experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and React. Experience with Tailwind CSS a plus. * Experience building backend systems and integrating third-party APIs. * Experience with Headless CMS platforms. * Experience implementing payment systems and owning the deploying and operation for a live application. * Comfortable working independently and communicating with individuals at all levels. * Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and propose effective solutions. * Strong verba
