The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid acquisition.

Your primary focus will be Google Ads and Meta, but we also expect you to be comfortable expanding into additional traffic sources as opportunities arise. This includes platforms like Native (Taboola, Outbrain), TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, and whatever channel makes sense for the brand.

You’re not just managing campaigns.

You’re helping own the growth of our brands.

That means thinking strategically, identifying new opportunities, building creative testing plans, solving problems before they become problems, and constantly asking, “How do we scale this?”

You'll also be able to share in the revenue growth with bonuses, along with your base.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing and scaling Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns
  • Building and optimizing Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Launching and testing campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, and others
  • Working closely with creative strategists to develop winning ads instead of recycling what everyone else is doing
  • Monitoring KPIs daily and making optimization decisions based on data
  • Managing budgets across multiple brands and traffic sources simultaneously
  • Identifying new testing opportunities, audiences, offers, and creative angles
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, and operations to improve funnels and conversion rates
  • Taking ownership over performance, not making excuses when something isn’t working

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience running campaigns on additional platforms like Native, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, or similar
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns across multiple brands at once
  • Comfortable working with large budgets and performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, APIs, and analytics
  • Able to balance strategy with execution
  • Naturally curious and always testing new ideas
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and challenging others respectfully
  • Doesn’t need to be micromanaged

Bonus Points

  • SEO experience
  • Landing page optimization or CRO experience
  • Experience with affiliate or performance marketing
  • Experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Ringba, Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or tracking implementation
