Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain web applications involving analytics, dashboards, blockchain data, and wallet-connected features.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web application development, with a focus on performance, accessibility, reliability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production web applications using React and Next.js App Router.
• Build pages and features for dashboards, analytics, leaderboards, data explorers, and wallet-connected applications.
• Develop reusable UI components using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Improve application performance through code splitting, efficient server/client boundaries, virtualized tables, and optimized data loading.
• Build accessible forms, modals, filters, tables, and responsive layouts.
• Implement data-fetching layers using TanStack Query or similar technologies.
• Handle loading, error, empty, and delayed-data states clearly when APIs, RPC services, or data providers are unavailable or slow.
• Integrate wallet connection and transaction flows where required, including Polkadot.js, Talisman, and SubWallet.
• Work with API and data-layer requirements and contribute to feature development from technical planning through production release.
• Identify and resolve performance issues affecting page load time and user interactions.
• Collaborate with the team on UI consistency, data freshness indicators, and clear user-facing messaging.
• Participate in incremental releases and evaluate improvements using measurable performance and usability metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience developing React and Next.js applications.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
