Full Stack Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a healthcare startup on a mission to make a real difference — beginning with building an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform that facilitates improving patient outcomes, reducing escalating healthcare costs, and improving participate experiences. As our first internal developer, you’ll work closely with our small team, including the CEO, CTO, Designer, and an experienced external development team to build a product that matters and will directly improve lives.

You will build and improve a user-friendly, mobile first, high-performance app and web interface with AI coding assistance. You’ll frequently interact with the team, incorporating user-feedback to create and improve the experience and functionality for clinicians and patients alike. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational builder on a team where your work will directly improve real-world patient outcomes and lower the costs of healthcare access.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, TypeScript
• AI coding assistants
• Incorporate frequent feedback from app users to constantly improve the product, including physician users and patient users
• Translate design mockups into app and web pages
• Optimize web interfaces for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Create, maintain, and integrate with external and internal services and RESTful APIs
• PHP, MySQL/MariaDB
• Creating and optimizing queries
• Source control through GIT
• AWS integration
• SPAs and PWAs (single page apps and progressive web apps)
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with our external development team
• Support organizational goals through thoughtful and efficient use of resources

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
