Blu Omega is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative for the U.S. Small Business Administration. This role operates in a remote environment and is responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying high-value, operationally resilient software products on the AWS cloud platform. The position requires experience supporting mission-critical applications within an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software applications supporting mission-critical business processes.
• Develop modern applications using Python and JavaScript technologies.
• Contribute to the incremental modernization of legacy applications into cloud-based solutions.
• Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and user-facing components.
• Develop software within an AWS cloud environment emphasizing reliability and operational resilience.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into effective technical solutions. Analyze business scenarios to develop appropriate application and data-model designs.
• Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, business analysts, platform engineers, product owners, and solution architects.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and team-based technical discussions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience; or at least 9 years of relevan
