Enterprise Cybersecurity Cyber Logistics and Operations AnalystThe Opportunity:

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Cyber Logistics and Operations (CLO) team, you will use your skills to support ECS and execute business operational processes while developing fundamental project management skills. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to operate autonomously to execute Standard Operating Procedures and identify and escalate challenges in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

This role requires daily support and execution of core operational functions for hiring, purchasing, communication activities, management of scrum boards to action priorities, preparing or editing deliverables for distribution to both team and executive level, meeting facilitation, and facility space management.

You Have

• Experience executing documented processes and delivery requirements
• Experience successfully completing deliverables and processes to requirements by established due dates
• Experience leading cross-team collaborations and developing meeting materials and presentations in accordance with approved templates and style guides
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner
• Ability to develop, follow, and maintain standard operating procedures
• Ability to collate and track data from multiple data sources effectively
