About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Director of DevOps to lead and scale our DevOps and platform engineering capabilities at Reveleer. This role is responsible for both setting direction and staying close to execution, ensuring our cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and observability practices support reliable, scalable, and efficient product delivery.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Security to standardize how we build, deploy, and operate software across the company, while improving delivery speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Ownership

* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture

* Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across multiple product lines

* Establish clear ownership boundaries between DevOps, IT, and Security to reduce friction and improve delivery focus

* Build and scale the DevOps operating model to support a growing engineering organization

Infrastructure & Cloud

* Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, se
