Role Summary

Real Chemistry is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer for AWS & GitHub! This Engineer owns the infrastructure path that takes applications from AI assisted prototypes into Real Chemistry managed AWS hosted environments (staging and production). Builds and operates GitHub native CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and observability tooling that make governance frameworks executable for client facing products.

*Applications are initially prototyped using AI assisted coding tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, Claude Code) and require production hardening for enterprise deployment.*

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
