DevOps Engineer

Belay Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our intel team. We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer to support TO-005, Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD). Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of a modernization effort to converge NSA’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. Up to one day per week of work from home.

Responsibilities will include

* Deploying applications * Installing and configuring complex software * Managing network servers and technology tools * Monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance * Troubleshooting issues and outages

Candidates should have the following qualifications

* TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

Candidates are required to have the following skills

* Shall have familiarity with software development/engineering such as requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution * Shall have familiarity with developing software with high level languages such as Java, C, C++, JavaScript. * Shall have familiarity with developing software for Microsoft Windows or UNIX/Linux/Centos family of operating systems * Shall have familiarity with software integration and software testing * Shall understand technical writing and have familiarity with technical documents in support of a software development project
