Data Engineer - VA OCDAO Data and Analytics (Remote)

Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Data Engineer for our proposed support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Office of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (OCDAO). This position is contingent upon contract award. Remote work from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

ABOUT THE WORK

The Data Engineer builds the data pipelines and integration that feed OCDAO's enterprise data catalog and analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build, test and maintain data pipelines and integration processes
• Prepare data for analytics and catalog onboarding
• Apply data quality and security controls

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. citizenship required
• Able to obtain and keep a VA Tier 1 / Low Risk background investigation and complete VA privacy and security training
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of data engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Enterprise data catalog onboarding (for example Collibra)
• Federal or VA data platforms

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Full-time. Remote within the United States; Eastern business hours; occasional travel to Washington, DC. Anticipated start February 2027.
