The Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Execution Modernization Initiative (CEMI) will provide the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Foreign Nationals the enterprise case management system replacement for MISIL. The CEMI will serve as the case execution capability to comprehensively and efficiently access, integrate, manage, track, evaluate, and transfer case execution, logistics, requisition, procurement, contracting, funding, financial, accounting, and services data across the FMS community activities. Modus21, LLC is developing the Sea Services Security Assistance Logistics and Execution (S3ALE) application as part of a systems-of-systems solution to replace the obsolete MISIL system.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available, secure AWS cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and application services.
• AWS Services Management: Configure, administer, and optimize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, VPC, ECR, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and Inspector.
• Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain reusable, modular infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK. Manage remote state, infrastructure dependencies, and configuration drift.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Design, deploy, and maintain containerized workloads using Docker and Amazon ECS, including Fargate and EC2 lau
