The Command Center Software Support Services organization is the team that supports our public safety agencies throughout the world. We are committed to providing services for our customers who use MSI products; allowing them to focus on their mission and enable them to respond faster. Our field teams are focused on providing services and administration of various public safety software products such as 9-1-1 Call Handling, Real-Time Crime Center, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems and Mobile Data Computing, among other offerings. Candidates must reside in the Washington, DC, Virginia, or Maryland Area. This is a hybrid position with onsite days at customer locations.

We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Emergency Management IT team. The candidate will be working closely with System Administrators of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS) in a local government public safety environment.

This 16-week immersive program offers a unique vantage point into the "nervous system" of public safety. You will gain experience in the full life cycle of emergency data—from the moment a 911 call hits the (CAD) system to its long-term storage and analysis in the (RMS).
