Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of server-side logic and a high level of proficiency in languages such as C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side applications using C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize product performance.
Ensure high-quality performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications.
Implement data protection and security features.
Understand and implement software development life cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Provide training and support to internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven work experience as a backend developer.
Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python.
Understanding of server-side templating languages.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours Policy

The working hours are structured according to the location of the employees. For those based in the UAE, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, five days a week. For employees in India, the working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week. This ensures that the work hours align with the local time zones and customary workweek durations of each region.
