Libra Solutions

Azure DevOps Engineer

Nashville, TN, USPosted today

Job Description

Libra Solutions helps simplify and ease the burden of legal processes for plaintiffs, heirs, and the attorneys and doctors who serve them. By combining financial strength with technology-driven innovation, we simplify difficult legal processes, reduce delays, and help people access both money and the care they need, when they need it most. Our companies are leaders in their industries! MoveDocs streamlines the coordination of medical, financial, and professional services for personal injury cases—improving efficiency for attorneys, care providers, and their clients. Oasis Financial is the largest and most recognized plaintiff funding brand in the nation, having helped 400,000+ plaintiffs access more than $2 billion in funding while their personal injury cases progress. And through Probate Advance, we enable heirs to access their inheritance without waiting through the lengthy probate process.

Together, under the Libra Solutions banner, we support a nationwide network of more than 45,000 attorneys and 10,000 healthcare providers – creating a powerful platform to deliver faster, more seamless outcomes for our customers.

Libra Solutions is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate the delivery pipelines and cloud platform behind our products. You will own our Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines end to end, from build and test through security scanning, approval gates, and multi-environment promotion, and you will manage our infrastructure as code so that every environment is reproducible, reviewable, and deployed the same way every time. You will also operate the application and integration tier those pipelines deliver to, including App Service, API Management, Data Factory, and Application Insights, and design the multi-region resilience that keeps it running. Familiarity with SQL Server and Azure SQL is a plus, particularly for automating database deployments and environment refreshes.

We operate in a regulated environment that handles sensitive medical and financial data, and we maintain a SOC 2 Type 2 program. The right candidate understands that a pipeline, a failover plan, or an environment deployment is also a control that must work every day and produce evidence that it did. You will work closely with software engineering, data, IT operations, and security, and with our AI-native engineering pods as they adopt agentic development and delivery tooling.

This position reports to the Director, TechOps and Security and can be based in any of our office locations in Denver, CO, Charlotte, NC, Rosemont, IL, or Las Vegas, NV. We welcome strong remote candidates, with occasional travel as needed.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong written communication; able to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers, security staff, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort supporting an existing production platform while building new automation
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
