About the Position

Superior Access Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced AV/UC Systems Engineer to provide onsite technical support for integrated Audio/Visual (AV), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Unified Communications (UC) systems supporting a federal customer in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This is a hands-on technical position for someone who can independently troubleshoot complex conference room and AV/UC system issues from initial diagnosis through resolution.

The successful candidate should understand how AV, VTC, UC, control, DSP, and IP networking technologies work together and be comfortable working directly with customers, vendors, technicians, and remote engineering teams.

This is not a traditional Help Desk position. We're looking for someone who can walk into a conference room with a problem, diagnose what is happening, and work through the issue to resolution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and advanced troubleshooting of AV/VTC/UC systems.
• Support integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and other AV-enabled spaces.
• Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, control, DSP, and system-integration issues.
• Troubleshoot network-connected AV equipment and IP-based AV/UC systems.
• Support AV/VTC endpoints and Unified Communications environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV control systems and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) equipment.
• Perform minor configuration adjustments to control systems, user interfaces, DSP settings, and related equipment.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, QA, and turnover of new or upgraded conference rooms.
